Welcome to the Claude Independent School District Web site. CISD is located in the rural community of Claude, Texas, approximately 30 minutes east of Amarillo. We are a 1-A District serving students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Claude ISD offers classes with low teacher to student ratios. Research shows that students with more contact with the instructor perform better in school. We employ highly qualified teachers who are dedicated to the success of the students in their care.

Toby Tucker has been hired as the new Superintendent pending the 21 day waiting period. He will officially take office on July 8th. We will have a Meet-and-Greet for him at 6 p.m. on July 14th before the board meeting in the library.
